Executive and Leadership Coaching

The world’s best sprinter, Usain Bolt, had a coach: Glen Mills. Why? Not because Usain Bolt lacked talent and drive, but because Usain was full of talent and drive. Glen Mills coached Bolt to achieve more than he thought possible.

As a business coach, I use powerful questioning, advanced listening, and insightful observations to support and challenge in equal measure.

Senior leaders and executives have an extensive impact on the culture and performance of their organisations.
